As a Business & Creative Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and client communications.

Responsibilities:

• Managing job posts and overseeing the recruitment process.
• Organizing and managing systems and processes to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitoring, organizing, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Creating and managing a system that tracks our clients' progress, activities, and communications.
• Tracking and updating our business key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conducting outreach to publications, associations, and blogs to secure speaking and writing opportunities for our founder.
• Ensuring clear and timely follow-up communications, both written and via video messages.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Quick response times and a commitment to doing what you say you will do.
